sacred motherhood & womb care

ROOT & RISE

A family outdoors on a grassy field during sunset, with a pregnant mother, father, and a young girl touching the mother's belly, celebrating expecting a new baby.

I believe...

Motherhood is a sacred portal to our truest self & deepest calling.

Yet, we’re mothering within a culture that undervalues, inadequately supports and greatly misleads mothers, leaving us trapped in the impossible standards and expectations of patriarchal motherhood, where being a ‘good mother’ means being a martyr. It’s left us overwhelmed, under-resourced, and disconnected from our bodies, our intuition, our sense of self, and our power.

I’m here to tell you that if you’re feeling this way, it’s not your fault, and you’re certainly not failing as a mother. There is a way to return to yourself - not by ‘bouncing back’ to who you were before motherhood, but by remembering and becoming who you were always meant to be

I know because motherhood rocked me to my core. It compelled me to reconnect with my body through womb work and nervous system care. It showed me how the sacred can live amidst my unruly, unwashed mom hair, the toy-covered floors and the sleepless nights. It woke me up to how our powers as women and mothers have been buried, but not lost.

Yes, motherhood will bring us to our knees at times, but it can also bring us closer to our truest, fullest selves. It would be my honor to walk with you on your journey back home to her.

Meet Sarah

It’s time we weave the sacred mother back into the fabric of soceity.

At one time, we lived in right relationship with Mother Earth and her rhythms. Once upon a time, our grandmothers would sit in circle, matriarchs rooted in connection, reciprocity, and community care. Once upon a time, the village would gather around to hear the dreams of menstruating women, because it was believed that they held prophecy, wisdom, and medicine - for themselves and the community.

It is time we remember. As women, the path of remembrance is a descent into the temple of our human bodies - into our feeling, our instincts, our nervous system; into our breath, our belly, our womb.

I’m here to guide you home to the power that resides within your body, because what our world needs is Mothers who have come fully alive.
