What would it be like to feel confident, healthy, and vibrantly alive each day?

To wake up to a life you are insanely lit up by, instead of just pushing through the day? To stop warring with yourself and finally feel good and enough and at peace - with your body, within your mind, in your life?

You deserve to live your best life. You are worth it. Find that hard to believe? I know. I’ve been there, so many more times than I can count. But I also know it’s possible because I’ve been walking this journey myself. A journey back to myself...my wholeness, my radiance, my heart. My intention with everything I do in my holistic coaching and mentoring, and in all that I write and create, is to inspire, guide, and empower you back to the wisdom of your own heart, to help you root down into (and give yourself permission to be) your most authentic self, and rise up and shine your unique light into the world.

Time and time again, I’m reminded how powerful the basics are, even (and perhaps especially) when I’m feeling out-of-sorts
It all starts within,
and now is the perfect time to start.

I can’t believe this day is here. I’m sitting here writing this post beneath my favorite tree in our backyard, and it finally hit me — my vision is coming to life
So much has changed (and is in the process of changing) since my last post a couple of months ago. Way too many things to talk about in one post. It feels like the world is changing so fast, and with it, I am too. .

Change can feel chaotic, scary,
less fighting, more flowing.
less resisting, more allowing. 
less reacting, more pausing.
less judging, more accepting. 
less “should’s” and more “who the fuck cares?”
less controlling, more trusting.
I choose to let it
mantra on repeat lately

inhale: my body is strong.
exhale: my heart is open

repeat these words silently (or even out loud) to yourself as you breathe. let them fill you up. let them sink in. let them nourish and comfort you,
some lessons I’ve learned from flowers:
