Sometimes a walk in the woods and a puppy in your arms is all that you need to feel like yourself again. 💚 💚 💚 Time and time again, I’m reminded how powerful the basics are, even (and perhaps especially) when I’m feeling out-of-sorts
It all starts within, and now is the perfect time to start. ✨✨ ✨ ✨✨ ✨ I can’t believe this day is here. I’m sitting here writing this post beneath my favorite tree in our backyard, and it finally hit me — my vision is coming to life
So much has changed (and is in the process of changing) since my last post a couple of months ago. Way too many things to talk about in one post. It feels like the world is changing so fast, and with it, I am too. . . Change can feel chaotic, scary,
less fighting, more flowing. less resisting, more allowing. less reacting, more pausing. less judging, more accepting. less “should’s” and more “who the fuck cares?” less controlling, more trusting. I choose to let it
mantra on repeat lately . ✨✨✨ ✨✨ ✨ inhale: my body is strong. exhale: my heart is open . ✨ ✨✨ ✨✨✨ . repeat these words silently (or even out loud) to yourself as you breathe. let them fill you up. let them sink in. let them nourish and comfort you,
some lessons I’ve learned from flowers: . ✨✨ . ❊ you are unfolding just as you are meant to. ❊ everything happens exactly when it is supposed to happen. ❊ get out of your own way and let yourself bloom. ❊ you are unique and beautiful and no one
